Red and Senior Groups will have CrossFit training from 5:15-5:35
on M/W. Blue and White will have CrossFit training from 5:35-6:00
on M/W. On T/TH the Senior Group will have a dynamic warm up and
Dryland training from 5:15-5:35 PM.
