Jeff joined RMSC in September 2005. He began his coaching career in Colorado
with his college swim team, Colorado School of Mines. After graduating with a BS
in Electrical Engineering he worked as a digital hardware engineer before
returning to coaching. He returned to coaching as an assistant with North Jeffco
Swim Team and then as an assistant at Highlands Ranch Aquatics. He then moved to
Illinois where he became the Head Age Group Coach for New Trier Swim Club. While
at New Trier he helped to guide the team to its first two Illinois Age Group
Championship victories. He has also coached multiple National Top 16 swimmers, National Championship qualifiers
and a National Age Group Record holder. He has also coached on the Illinois Zone Team, the
Illinois Elite Age Group Camp, and was the head coach for the Illinois 'Cut
Above Camp'. Jeff is also a member of the Illinois Swimming Age Group Committee.
Jeff began swimming as an age group swimmer in Minnesota with ABC Aquatics.
He has been a multiple state champion in Minnesota as well as being named All
State while at Blaine High School. He qualified for Junior Nationals and
received a scholarship to swim at, Colorado School of Mines. At Mines he was
a 4 year letter winner and a multiple top 8 finisher in the Intermountain
Swimming League Conference Championship. After finishing college he began competing in
triathlons with great success. He became a Professional Triathlete in 2001
competing both nationally and internationally while attempting to qualify for
the Athens Olympics.

Head Age Group Coach: Mandy Holloway
Mandy is a former Marlin swimmer who went on to compete for
Western Illinois University. At WIU she received her BS in
Elementary Education and was an Honors Scholar. As a
swimmer at WIU she earned; All-American Academic Scholar
status (1997-2000), Mid-Continent Conference Scholar Athlete
(1997-2000), and
Southern States Conference Academic Excellence Award
(1999&2000). Mandy was also awarded the Western Illinois
Provost's Student Athlete Academic Achievement Award in
1999 and 2000, which is the highest academic/athletic honor
WIU awards. Her WIU career culminated with a school record
in the 800 Free Relay, multiple all-time top 10 times at
WIU, and four varsity letters.
Mandy brings a wealth of swimming and coaching knowledge to
RMSC. She was an assistant age-group coach at Pine Crest
Swim Camp in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mandy also served as
the head coach for West Middle School in 2002.
She and her husband, Aaron, have two girls Kaylee and
Jaidyn.
